This required me to call at different times as well, hoping to get a good support crew. It took me 4 days to get my account back, and the only thing that helped was calling phone support and asking for a manager, over and over until I got a manager willing to even look at my case. All it takes is one lazy online support employee and you just become another ban.
People are so desperate to rag on people caught cheating, that it doesn't even cross their mind that a false positive could have happened, and those that do think that "If it's truly false, they'll remove it" like Steam isn't already bombarded with tickets of actual cheaters doing the same thing you're being accused of. I even had a guy go onto a hacks website and create an account with my reddit Username, and make a post about me asking for help with a fishing bot ban.
